Seller's Web Site
We will provide all sellers with their own personal web site with which they
can track the progress of their home's showings and the progress of the actual
sales process once a contract has been signed by all parties.
Each web site will contain the showing status of the seller's home. This data
will be shown as follows:

After the Contract to Buy and Sell (Purchase Contract) is signed by all parties,
the purchase contract is driven by the Dates and Deadline Section of the contract.
If the Seller would like the ongoing status of the Dates and Deadlines Section of
the contract posted to their personal web site, the following information would also be
shown on their personal web site.
